Our story began when Nick started working at an Endocrinology clinic in 2019. Three years later, in 2022, Trinity accepted a job at the same clinic. We got to know each other better and became friends while working alongside each other in the clinic.

A year and a half later, our story continued at a work happy hour! Weekly happy hour at Park Tavern in St Louis Park turned out to be one of the best first dates when our coworkers strategically left early to leave us alone together.

(Something they all still brag about, to this day!)

On August 9th, 2025, our 15 month anniversary, Nick planned a day trip to Stillwater, MN.

After sharing drinks while looking out on the rainy day at Matchsticks, we walked along the shops on Main Street as the rain slowly started to let up. During our lunch reservation at Feller, the sun came out. We were blessed with a beautiful and sunny afternoon when Nick proposed to Trinity while looking out at the scenic overlook of the city!

In the time we've shared, we have become each other's best friends and confidants. We have shared laughs, grown closer to Christ, traveled, adopted our sweet kitten Scout, and created so many special memories together.

We are so extremely blessed to have each one of you to celebrate with, and we are so excited to officially become "Mr. and Mrs. Manthey"!
