1. What is the payment schedule for booking our room?
1st Deposit: To hold your room we will need a deposit of $200 USD per room by November 4, 2024.
2nd Deposit: Due by December 4, 2024, $500 USD per person.
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by February 12, 2025.
2. Do I need a passport?
Yes, since this is an international trip, you need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel date. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. Passports typically take 6-12 weeks to process. If you already have a passport, please be sure to double check that the expiration date.
3. If I received a plus one but do not know who I am bringing what should I do?
Please reserve your room for single occupancy until you know who your date is. You will have until December 4, 2024 when the second deposit is due to add your guests name and change your room to double occupancy.
4. What if I want to stay at a different location / resort?
If for any reason you have to make other accommodations please note that the resort will require each person staying off site to purchase a day pass. This is the resorts policy and is out of our control. Day passes range from $150-$200 per person per day. The resort has the right to deny day pass access based on resort capacity, so we highly encourage you to stay at the resort and book through our room block for the best rates.
5. Can I bring a date?
If you are provided a plus one it will be addressed on your save the date. We welcome anyone who may want to join you on the trip but only invited guests will be invited to join the ceremony and reception.
6. Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love your children we have decided to not have kids join us for us the ceremony or reception but your kids are more than welcome to join you on your vacation. We suggest traveling with a friend or family member who can stay with your child during the ceremony and reception.
There is a child-care facility at the resort open until 10 PM daily for those who cannot bring an additional guest to babysit.
