This is not a story of love at first sight, but one in which love arose from a friendship. The first time Jon and Trinity met was at a work event for new hires. Jon and Trinity were briefly introduced but neither showed signs of any interest towards one another.They then started crossing paths quite often playing for their company’s softball team. This is where their friendship first blossomed, and even still neither could have imagined what their future held. They exchanged numbers one day at work when they ran into each other. Jon insinuated they exchange numbers to go grab coffee(which they still have not done to this day.)Their friendship grew stronger and because neither of them at the time realized this friendship had potential to be more than casual texts. Their first date was technically at a Waffle House because they decided to go there after attending a friend’s party(Trinity’s favorite place when drunk). It was after this date at Waffle House that they started speaking daily and the friendship grew wild.They eventually started a relationship, which lasted for years. They became inseparable, traveled, moved to another state, got a puppy, and enjoyed each others company. Then on November 15th 2020 Jon asked Trinity to marry him. They will become one on April 2nd, 2022. You see this is not a story of love at first sight but a friendship that grew into love. #REEDefiningLove
