Our Love Story

How We Met: Our journey began in the most modern of ways - through Facebook Dating. Amidst the digital age where connections are often fleeting, we found something real and lasting.

First Impressions: From the start, it wasn't just about physical attraction for us. It was our personalities that truly drew us together. A connection sparked not by outward appearances, but by the depth and compatibility of our spirits.

Our Journey Together: Our relationship blossomed through moments both big and small. One of our first dates was under a handmade tent, crafted from hotel materials, as we watched fireworks on the 4th of July, enjoying s'mores and a movie. This simple yet magical evening under the stars was just the beginning. We took our first trip together to the West Coast for a "BE THE ONE" event, where we shared laughter, tears, and profound moments on Sun Dance Mountain, later reflecting by a fire pit. Challenges such as job loss and caretaking responsibilities for our loved ones tested us, but also showed us the strength of our bond. We found joy in moments like wandering through Christmas Town at Busch Gardens, surrounded by lights and the spirit of the season.

The Proposal: The question was popped in the most festive of manners - as "Santa" during Christmas, adding a touch of magic to our commitment to each other.

What Makes Us Unique: Our relationship is anchored in our shared faith in Jesus Christ. We've both navigated past relationship tragedies, finding healing and understanding in our high level of communication and shared experiences.

Looking Forward: As for the future, we place it in God's hands, trusting Him to mold our life and marriage according to His plans. Our journey is a testament to faith, love, and the belief that from the dust, something truly beautiful can emerge.
