In the Fall of 2010, Kevin had just transferred to UNC Greensboro. While Kevin may not remember it still to this day, Trisha first met Kevin while he was working a philanthropy event for his fraternity.&nbsp;Being in a sorority herself, Trisha became
 friends with Kevin on Facebook shortly thereafter, where their friendship remained for the next twelve months.
Fast forward a year to Kevin's 21st birthday. After wishing Kevin a happy birthday, the two of them began to chat and eventually made plans to hang out. Trisha surprised Kevin with a belated birthday cake, which led way to their first date where Kevin
 cooked her favorite meal for them to share, Chicken Alfredo!
After several months of dating, meeting new friends and making countless memories, Kevin finally asked Trisha to be his girlfriend on December 14, 2011.

How We Met

After dating for just over three years, Kevin decided it was time. On February 22, 2015, Kevin asked Trisha to meet him and a few friends in Greensboro to hang out for the afternoon. Trisha had been helping her family move all weekend long, but little
 did she know, this was all part of the plan.
When Trisha arrived to meet Kevin and their friends, much to her surprise, someone she was not expecting awaited her arrival with an envelope. Inside the envelope, she found a series of pictures and a note directing her to the next stop on a scavenger
 hunt around UNC Greensboro's campus, where their love was born.
At the next stop, another friend had a collection of her favorite outfits waiting for Trisha to change in to. She quickly sorted through the clothes and was ready to move on to the next stop. By this time, she knew what was going on and could not contain
 her excitement.
 

At the third venture, Trisha's good friend and hair stylist was waiting to fix her hair and makeup after a weekend of lifting boxes and moving. She was so antsy to find Kevin, she could hardly sit still as her stylist worked on her hair! But finally she
 moved on to the next to last stop.
Next, she found one of her sorority sisters waiting with several jewelry choices and her final envelope with the last clue leading her to Kevin. After quickly picking her favorite necklace, she hurried away to find him-at the music building.
When she finally saw Kevin, she emotionally greeted him just before knelt down to ask her to be his forever. Without even a second to think, she said yes and they all celebrated together. But Kevin had one last surprise up his sleeve.
After the initial shock of the days events, Kevin directed Trisha to one of her favorite restaurants in town. There, not only both of their families sat, but their closest friends and future wedding party all awaited their arrival to celebrate the happy
 occasion. The two felt overwhelmed with the blessings from the friends and family surrounding them as they began to take the next steps in their lives.

For our unforgettable honeymoon experience, we will be traveling to Paradisus La Perla Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico! Here we will be staying in their Royal Service section of suites. We will be enjoying various activities such as snorkeling, tango dancing lessons, sushi making classes, and outdoor adventure parks. We will also be enjoying the many restaurants that the resort offers. For our guests not familiar with the Triad, this event will cause all hotels to book very quickly and at extremely high rates. We have been given a limited number of rooms as a result so it is crucial for our guests to book early in order to assure a room is available for the night of our wedding!

The Fall 2016 Furniture Market will begin on October 22nd and run through October 26th. The High Point Market is the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world, bringing more than 75,000 people to High Point every six months. Serious retail home furnishings buyers can be found in High Point twice a year because if you can't find it in High Point…it probably doesn't exist.
