Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event. The only children in attendance will be the ones in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding❤️
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP no later than Sunday, July 14, 2025!!
If we do not receive anything from you by that date, we will assume you are not able to make it. Thank you!
How do I RSVP?
You can either use the scannable QR code on the RSVP card received with your invitation or click the tab "RSVP" on our website.
What is the dress code?
Welcome Party: Dressy Casual or Casual ~ Wedding Day: Formal
What is the address for the wedding day?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Malachi Meadows Venue.
Their address is: 197 Richard Switch Rd, Currie, NC 28435
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All hosted events for the weekend will be wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Yes! For those who prefer to drive, there will be ample private parking at the venue.
Will you have a day-of coordinator present?
Yes! Our coordinator and her team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you have any day-of questions, please direct them to Jennifer Wilson and her team.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
We ask that guests arrive between 3:50-4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outside, the cocktail hour will be outside but under a covered area, and the reception will be inside.
What is the weather like in Wilmington?
TBD. Will update 1-2 weeks before wedding date.
What type of food will be served?
We are having a buffet-style dinner. The buffet will include, pulled pork, green beans, mac-n-cheese, mashed potatoes, baked beans, salad, and rolls/buns.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar at the wedding, serving beer & wine only.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Our reception will end at 11pm. We have not planned any after-party at this time, but the shuttle will be dropping us at our hotel downtown so we may go to the bars down there.
Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?
Yes. These things will be listed under the "Food & Drinks" and "Things to Do" tabs on our website.
