We suggest booking your accommodations as soon as you can due to March being a busy month for New Smyrna. If the room block fills up quickly, we can also add more rooms if they are still available.

The shuttles will only be able to pick up / drop off from the Hampton Inn & Springhill Suites. Even if you are not staying there, you are welcome to sign up for a pickup time on Friday, in the Hampton Inn lobby, for the wedding on Saturday.

Both the Hampton Inn & Springhill Suites are about a 10 minute drive to the venue and are located on the main street near the beach, resturaunts and bars.

This room block is available Thursday March 27th, 2025 - Sunday, March 30th, 2025. If you wish to come earlier, or leave later, please contact the hotel and they will be able to help extend the room block. If the room block is full, please contact Lauren and she will reach out to see if more rooms are available.


Rooms MUST be reserved by FEBRUARY 27th, 2025 to receive the discounted rate and guarantee a room. Please note, there is a 2 night minimum on the weekend.
