Our story began in August of 2021 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, during the LPS convention. On the final night of the event, Ronak found himself drawn to Twinkle and struck up a conversation with her. We talked about where we were from, what we did, and the things we enjoyed. Though our conversation was brief, as Twinkles family and friends were eager to pull her away, it left a lasting impression on Ronak. We didn’t exchange numbers, but Ronak couldn’t shake the feeling that he wanted to talk to her more. The next day, while Ronak was at the airport, he remembered her name—Twinkle—and found her on Instagram. We began chatting, our conversations flowing effortlessly, and before long, we were Facetiming for hours. After a month of getting to know each other, we made plans to meet in Houston on September 23rd, 2021. Twinkle took Ronak to a restaurant called Chuy's, and that night, Ronak couldn't get Texas, or Twinkle, out of his mind. In October of 2022, Ronak made the move to Austin, while Twinkle was still finishing nursing school in Houston. For a while, we continued our relationship long-distance, but it was worth every moment. Then, in March of 2024, Twinkle made the move to Austin, and at last, we were together, no more miles between us.
