What time should I arrive?

Ceremony is scheduled for for 4:00 PM, we encourage you arrive between 15-30 minutes early so you can find a seat and get settled. As it is an outdoor ceremony in the winter we will try to keep it short and sweet.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi formal/festive dress code for the evening. Reception will be held indoors but ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

Is there parking available at the venue?

We will have parking available on both sides of the venue.

Are children welcome?

Unfortunately due to the presence of live animals, the venue requires extra security if children under the age of 13 are present. Please be aware that security will turn you away if you have a small child.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated in your invitation. For example your envelope will list "(your name) & Guest". For families it will list "(your name) and family" or "The (last name) family". When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people your RSVP is for.

What should I do if I can not make it?

You will dearly be missed! If you cannot make it please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. However gifts are always welcomed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM, we recommend guest arrive about 15-30 minutes early to find a seat. If you happen to be late and ceremony has started please wait in reception area until ceremony is over to avoid interruptions and distractions. Ceremony should not be long (about 20 minutes). We will see you at the reception!

Will alcohol be allowed on the premises?

Unfortunately, due to venue policy we will not be able to have any alcohol being served or accessible during our reception. We were informed that security will be heavily guarding and approaching anyone who is not complying to this policy.
