Where is the Ceremony and Reception?

They are both at the same place! The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club in Akron NY. The Sterling is located at the back of the property.

Is parking avalible on site?

Yes, parking is available and free! There is a spacious parking lot right outside the venue and steps away from the ceremony spot.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask that guest arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins-that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do". The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, and we want to make sure no one misses our moment.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and the RSVP section on the website.

Are Children Invited?

We absolutely love children and are so excited to celebrate with the little ones listed on the invitation. While we wish we could include everyone, we're keeping the celebration intimate and are only able to accommodate family members and children aged 15 and older who are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us. With that being said, we are requesting formal attire for the evening. That means men, button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bowtie. Suit coats are preferred but not necessary. For women, midi-to long dresses are appropriate. We are encouraging everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind of the venue's vibe and hot summer weather!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), the reception will be in the air conditioned indoors with an open patio with the option of hanging out outside later in the evening!

Will there be an open bar?

We won’t be serving alcohol, but we’ll have plenty of soda and other non-alcoholic drinks to keep the celebration going!
