WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD GUESTS FLY TO?

Cancun International Airport. It is located approximately 40 minutes away from The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Inclusive



WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO

Fives Beach Hotel & Residences?


Yes, this will be available for all guests who book their rooms directly through our travel Agent Renee Hall. The travel fare to and from the airport in Cancun is included in your room payment. It is to our understanding that the transportation is not a private charter, however that can be arranged upon request at an additional cost for around $32 per person for Non stop or additional $78 for Private Transfers for up to 6 people. Please notify Renee (travel agent) when booking your room if you wish to have Non Stop or private transportation or if you are ok with standard transportation (not private) then just NO for the upgrade of transfers.

HOW CAN GUESTS BOOK THEIR ROOMS FOR THEIR STAY AT The Fives Beach Hotel & Residence?

Our travel agent, Renee Hall with Liz Moore Destination Weddings, will be the point of contact for a room quote and for the booking process. All you have to do is submit your form online (link will be found under the TRAVEL tab, scroll down to the LIZ MOORE BOOKING PROCEDURE section and find either BOOKING REQUEST FORM OR CLICK HERE NOW TO BOOK to locate hyperlink. Room preferences and the number of booked days/nights have been collected from all guests at this point in time. If any of the requested room information provided to us has changed, please advise so we can better accommodate to you and your stay.

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS START TO ARRIVE IN CANCUN AND WHEN SHOULD THEY DEPART BACK HOME?

We are hoping our guests can meet us in Cancun anytime between 01/11/2023 - 01/17/2022 . As far as departure and returning home, we ask that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights.



WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE TO BOOK A ROOM?

October 1st, 2022.

PASSPORT

Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to obtain at your expense all documentation required by all relevant government authorities for travel, which may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for unaccompanied minors or children traveling without both parents. You may be denied boarding the aircraft if you do not have the proper required documentation. Liz Moore Destination Weddings Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect documentation whatsoever.


FLIGHT ITINERARY

Check with the airline at least 24 hours prior to each departure to ensure your flight is departing as scheduled. Airlines recommend Check-In 3 hours before flight departures. Passengers who do not allow sufficient time for all Check-In procedures as specified by the Airlines may be denied boarding and no compensation will be provided for missed flights.

COVID RELATED POLICIES

June 12, 2022, CDC will no longer require air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.
