Wedding Day Schedule – Saturday, August 30, 2025

Location: Elk County Fairgrounds

316 Dietz Road, Kersey, PA 15846

2:00 PM – Ceremony

Outdoor ceremony (unplugged – please put phones & cameras away).

Professional photographers and videographers will capture everything.

2:30 PM – Social Hour

Carry your ceremony chair with you into the barn (8 per table).

Enjoy drinks, appetizers, and mingling while family and wedding party photos are taken.

3:20 PM – Wedding Party Entrance

Wedding party introductions into the reception barn.

3:30 PM – Dinner

Tyler & Keegan will personally dismiss tables for food service.

4:20 PM – Speeches

Toasts from members of the wedding party and immediate family.

4:45 PM – Cake Cutting

4:50 PM – First Dances

Tyler & Keegan’s first dance, followed by parent and grandparent dances.

5:20 PM – Party Time! 🎶

Group photo with everyone.

Dance floor opens and the celebration continues!

✨ Attire: Semi-formal. Ceremony is outdoors and reception is inside the barn, so dress comfortably for the weather.

🍹 Bar:

We’ll have a semi-full open bar for the evening. Please drink responsibly, tip bartenders if you’d like, and make safe plans for your ride home.

If there’s something specific you’d like to drink that isn’t provided, feel free to bring your own bottle and give it to the bartenders — they’ll be happy to serve it for you.
