Hello, I’m the bride! My name is Naielys Gonzalez Betancourt, soon to be Mrs. Calderon. I love spending time with my groom and playing video games together. I was born in Puerto Rico but moved to Florida when I was just a year old. I grew up surrounded by love — with amazing parents and a big, beautiful family. I’m the second oldest out of six siblings.I enjoy going four-wheeling, horseback riding, singing, and drawing. Most importantly, I’m deeply in love with God. I’m one of the singers at my church, Ministry Crowns to the King, which has been such a blessing in my life.I consider myself a kind and compassionate woman, and someone who loves to listen and care for others. Pastors Jadira and José Garcia have been a guiding presence in the bride’s life since childhood. More than spiritual leaders, they are family—mentors who have inspired through their faith, devotion, and unwavering love.

The bride first met them at Light of the Nations, where their calling was already evident. In time, God led them to establish their own ministry, Crowns to the King, which began humbly in their home and has since grown, by God’s grace, into a church built upon their own land.

The couple is deeply honored and blessed to have them officiate their wedding ceremony.

Marielys, the bride’s mother, has always encouraged her to pursue her dreams. After the divorce, she raised her daughters as a strong and loving single mother, showing resilience and grace. The bride has always admired the way her parents remained on good terms for the sake of their family.

In time, Marielys met Josue—the man who brought joy back into her life. He embraced her and her children wholeheartedly, caring for three little girls as if they were his own. Through the ups and downs, he has remained steady, supportive, and kind—truly the best second dad the bride could ask for.

Together, they expanded the family with three beautiful daughters: Adaiah (10), Namary (5), and Elianglys (3).

The bride is grateful to celebrate her special day surrounded by the people who have shaped her life with so much love.

Irvin, the bride’s father, is dearly loved. After the divorce, he helped raise his daughters into compassionate, grounded young women. He has always shown deep love to all three of his girls—Dines (24), Dianelys (21), and the bride—teaching them the importance of kindness, generosity, and staying close to God.In time, he married Yolanda Resto, who brought three children of her own into the family, expanding their circle with even more love.Her father also taught her one of his skills—plumbing. She cherishes every moment spent learning from him and still believes he’s the best plumber out there.Irvin is hardworking, loving, and always ready to lend a hand. The bride is endlessly grateful for the example he continues to set.

Sherri and Manuel are the loving parents who raised Tyler to be confident, kind, respectful, and compassionate. Their steady support and encouragement have shaped him into the man he is today. Even as he steps into adulthood, their love remains unwavering.

They are cherished and honored for the wonderful parents they are.

Dines, the bride’s sister, has been by her side since the day she was born. Though childhood brought its fair share of arguments, her care and loyalty never wavered. Even when she drives the bride a little crazy—as sisters do—she is someone the bride can always count on.

Elliott, her husband, first met the bride in freshman art class. Neither imagined they would one day become family, but both are grateful that life brought them together. He is a respectful, genuine young man who makes Dines truly happy. He and the groom quickly became friends, forming a bond that grew naturally over time.

The couple is honored to have them standing by their side as Maid of Honor and Best Man.

Nadia and the bride met a few years ago through their worship group, Kadosh. From the beginning, Nadia has been more than a friend—she has become a sister. Her encouragement, loyalty, and unwavering support have been a blessing. The bride is grateful to have her by her side on this special day.

Dianelys is the bride’s youngest sister. Known for her honesty, sass, and protective heart, she brings joy and laughter everywhere she goes. Even when teasing, her love is unmistakable. She will always be cherished as the bride’s little sister.

Noah, the groom’s brother, is known for his strong sense of family and his caring heart. He is a treasured part of the couple’s lives, and they are grateful to share their day with such an amazing young man.

Lisandra has been a close friend since middle school. Even with busy lives, she’s someone who always checks in and stands by the bride’s side. Her loyalty and friendship are deeply appreciated as she joins in celebrating this special moment.

Though the couple hasn’t known Justin long, he quickly became a close friend. His kind personality and fun spirit make him a joy to be around. They are happy to have him as part of their celebration.
