Our Story

There's Many Sides to Every Story...

If you asked Tyler... I would say that falling in love with Josh is like falling in love with someone you've known your entire life. From summer beginnings involving a tale of well done burgers and someone who DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY wasn't me being 40 minutes late to the first date (it was me) to traveling all over for different adventures, the best part of it all is having Josh by my side. He is my other half, the one who grounds me when I need it, and the one who sometimes joins me right up there in the clouds with words of encouragement. On Leap Day 2024, Josh told me before he got down on one knee that Leap Day was an extra day in the year to do something special and he couldn't have been more right, we took the first step into our forever. My heart is full of love and gratitude that Josh and I found our way to each other and I can't wait for the adventure.

If you asked Joshua... I would say that falling in love with Tyler was something that felt movie like and was so easy to feel for someone that has as big of a heart like Tyler. He is the most thoughtful and kind man I have ever met. I knew Tyler was the one, around 3 months in when he started unpacking things into my apartment and slowly moving in without moving in. I didn’t mind it because I wanted him to stay….. Like the time I came home and saw he setup his water pick on my bathroom counter… He just smiled and said “oh that’s been there.” I couldn’t be mad at him for wanting to be around me. I can’t imagine any other travel partner, broadway critic, cat dad or best friend I would rather spend my life with. I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!

If you asked Sardine & Jinkx... We would say that we love our dads almost as much as we love the sound of our automatic feeder. They brought us together and worked hard to make sure we bonded, an effort that holds up 95% of the time but who's counting? We're cats! Our little family is full of love, snuggles, and lots of toys that get ignored for empty boxes. We're so excited for our dads but can we wrap this sentimental stuff up now? There's a treat box in the pantry that won't open itself!
