Hi all!We have set up a block of rooms at the Staybridge Suites in South Austin for our guests. There are some technical difficulties with the hotel website right now if you are trying to make a reservation in the block but we are working on the issue with the hotel and it should be resolved shortly!In the meantime, dial the front desk directly&nbsp;by calling 512-677-6000 and pressing 0. Then ask for group code GDW or say it's for the "Gerberich Dangerfield Wedding". If there is still a problem, then email&nbsp;&nbsp;matthew.swartzbaugh@sbsaustinsouth.com&nbsp;and state that you would like to make a reservation in the Gerberich-Dangerfield group - he will then have the front desk call you back directly.&nbsp;(Note: Do not go through global reservations, only the front desk.)Be sure to make the reservation by January 25th, 2022 to get the block rate of $139 / night. Question: How do I get to the venue?











Answer: If you’re staying at&nbsp;our hotel block&nbsp;we’re providing a shuttle to and from the venue - the details will be provided in your hotel room upon your arrival and please fill out this&nbsp;waiver (&nbsp;<a href="https://fly-rides.com/fly-rides-liability-waiver/">https://fly-rides.com/fly-rides-liability-waiver/</a>)&nbsp;before getting on the shuttle.&nbsp;There is&nbsp;also&nbsp;plenty of parking at the venue, and Uber and Lyft&nbsp;come out to Kyle as well. Be sure to follow the parking&nbsp;map we provided on our home page to find Tejas Hall, as there will be other weddings in other halls close by.&nbsp;















 























Question: Will the ceremony and reception be held&nbsp;indoors or outdoors?&nbsp;What’s the weather like in Austin/Kyle in late&nbsp;February?



















Answer: We are planning on holding the vow renewal outdoors but in the event of heavy rain, we will move it indoors.&nbsp;On average the high is in the 60’s and the low is in&nbsp;the 40’s. However, the weather can vary greatly this time of year, so be sure to check the forecast a few days before the wedding. The dinner and&nbsp;reception will be held&nbsp;indoors in a large hall (7,900 sq ft).















 























Question: Can I bring my plus one and/or my kids?&nbsp;



















Answer: You can indicate if you are bringing your significant other&nbsp;and/or children when you RSVP. If we’ve accidentally left them out of your group please let us know ASAP and we’ll happily adjust our guest count.















 























Question: Will food and drinks be served at the reception?



















Answer: Yes! Dinner and drinks (adult beverages included) are on us. We want to thank you for traveling from far and wide to be a part of our big day.















 























Question: What should I wear?



















Answer: The attire is semi-formal, but feel free to keep it on the casual side if you’re more comfortable with that.















 























Question: Can I take photos during the vow renewal?&nbsp;What about at the reception?



















Answer: We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony. We have hired photographers to capture these moments, and want you to be able to enjoy the ceremony without distractions. During the reception&nbsp;feel free to snap away.
