If you wish to explore other hotel options nearby - no problem! - there may be cheaper options for individual rooms, but these were the cheapest room block rates we could find. Please note the shuttle bus will only run to and from the Residence Inn Saturday.

What food/refreshments will be available?
1. Cocktail hour will include passed hors d'oeuvres and a couple food stations
2. Dinner will include a salad plus whatever you choose for a main
3. Various desserts will be available after dinner
4. Coffee / tea / soft drinks / water will be around for the duration of the event
What is the dress code?
The groom will likely wear a suit and the bride will likely wear a white dress. Everyone else: up to you! I would guess most people will dress formally. Cocktail is the “official” attire (blazer + tie for men)!
How do I RSVP and what is the deadline?
Please RSVP using the link on this website. The venue asks for headcount 1 month before the wedding, so please RSVP by September 1, 2024
When and how should I arrive?
The ceremony is at 4:30pm - aim to arrive at 4:15pm. Few options for arrival:
1.) Shuttle from Residence Inn Middletown Goshen leaves at 4pm (gets to venue at about 4:15pm)
2.) Drive to the venue (plenty of parking available at the venue)
Note: we have reserved a limited number of rooms for the Friday night (Oct 11) in case folks want to arrive early / are traveling far.
Is everything indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits (under the heated tent if not). The cocktail hour will be inside the country club restaurant + outside on the patio (if weather permits). The reception will be under the heated tent.
Can I bring my kids?
Definitely!
Can I bring a plus one?
Because the venue requests accurate headcount, please only bring those included on the invitation or reach out to Emily/Tyler to ensure they are aware of the plus one.
