Q: When should I arrive?

A: We recommend that you book a hotel the night before and after to ensure you have a more seamless and stress-free experience during our big day. Flights are not always reliable or timely and we really want everyone to be present physically and mentally.

Q: Should I rent a car?

A: We recommend that you use public transit or ride-share services. Our venue is very close to downtown and like most prosperous urban centers, parking is expensive and scarce. Josh and I use the "L" subway service every time we are in the city and it is very affordable! Chicago is one of less than 10 cities in the US with reliable mass rail transit. We are two blocks from an L stop.

Q: Will the alcohol be free?

A: Oh, absolutely! We are functioning alcoholics! :)

Q: Can I bring kids?

A: Only children ages 12 and up will be allowed to attend, but we recommend finding someone to watch them. Anyone younger than that would need prior permission from us. We will need to be reached out directly if you plan on bringing a child as we need to plan seating in advance.

Q: Will transportation be provided to the venue?

A: Our hotel is next door to the venue so no transportation will be necessary.

Q: Is your venue ADA comliant?

A: Yes. We will have an attendant posted outside the venue to assist you with finding the elevator and stairs as well.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: Yes, all invited guests are allowed one additional guest.

Q: Can I park near the venue?

A: No, but the hotel we are staying at has valet included.

Q: Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

A: Both. Our venue has a retractable roof that will be closed and air-conditioned for dinner and open after, weather pending.

Q: What is the weather like in Chicago during June?

A: 72 to 80 degrees is the average high, but this is an indoor/outdoor wedding.

Q: What if I have a dietary restriction?

A: We can absolutely accommodate a dietary restriction. Please let us know in your RSVP.
