Can I bring another guest/date?

Due to venue capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on your invitation. Please reach out to Tyler or Stephanie if you are unsure.

Are kids welcomed?

While we love your kids, this is an adults only wedding. We kindly ask that all guests find other arrangements for children. Come and have a fun night off!

Will the shuttle service pick up/drop off at hotels or Airbnbs?

Yes! Select hotels & locations close to the venue can have shuttle pick up/drop off. Please reach out to Tyler or Stephanie to plan this arrangement as soon as possible! Shuttle Schedules will be finalized 4 weeks before the wedding.

Where do we park if we're driving?

There is no onsite parking at the venue for guests. Please park at the Smoky Mountain Zipline Parking located at 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge TN 37863. From there, a shuttle will pick you up and transport you to the venue! Please factor in shuttle time so you arrive before the start of the ceremony.

How long does it take to shuttle up guests from the Smoky Mountain Zipline Parking lot?

The shuttle service can transport 14 guests. It takes 7 minutes to get up the mountain and 7 minutes back down from the parking lot. (about 15 minute round trip)

What is the shuttle schedule?

Shuttle Schedule 2:30pm - Begin continuous service from Smoky Mtn Zipline 509 Mill Creek Rd. 3:45pm - Last guest run prior to ceremony. Remain on site and available throughout the evening. Begin Full Loads only at 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We ask that you arrive at the very latest 30-40 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for shuttle and seating. If you arrive after the stated time, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished and then join us at cocktail hour.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail style. Women: elegant knee-length, tea-length, midi or floor length dress. Men: suit and tie.

Is there a color scheme?

Think spring and florals- blues, oranges, pinks, purples (Bridesmaids will be wearing light greens). The more color & floral pattern, the better!

Is there an open bar?

Of course! Beer & wine will be available after the ceremony.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Please don't drink & drive. The Smoky Mountain Zipline parking lot allows cars to stay parked overnight as long as they are picked up the next day. You can also plan to have shuttle pick up/drop off from the venue to your lodging. Please reach out to Tyler or Stephanie to make this arrangement.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the patio. Cocktail hour will be under the covered cocktail patio followed by dinner indoors in The Grand Hall. The ceremony patio will be transformed into the dance floor in the evening.
