Q + A

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

To RSVP, .... Kindly RSVP before June 1, 2024. If you cannot attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are animals allowed?

No! Due to restrictions indicated by the venue, no pets are allowed on the property. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may bring.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire. We recommend dress pants with a nice button-down shirt, a cocktail dress, or a nicer sun dress. No jeans, please! Most of the grounds are grass and gravel, so re-think stilettos. Also, prepare for weather of about 77 during the day and 58 after sunset.

will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside, while the reception will be under a covered foundation. It is recommended to bring a light jacket for the evening hours.

is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signage will be posted at the entrance of the venue and a parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate lot. For those needing more assistance, the attendants will guide you to the handicapped spots available.

will alcohol be served?

Yes! We will provide an open bar during the reception, including wine, hard ciders, beer, and selters. Due to restrictions of the venue, ABSOLUTELY NO self-served alcohol or hard liquor is allowed. Please do not bring your own from home. We are happy to supply all that you will need.
