Kerrville, TX
~20 minutes from our venue. Kerrville is the closest town to our venue and has a variety of restaurants, breweries, and hotels. Some of our favorite restaurants in Kerrville are Bella Sera, the Ridge, and Francisco’s. We recommend going for a walk in Louise Hays Park if the weather is nice! The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden is another popular attraction.
Comfort, TX
~30 minutes from our venue. Comfort has a variety of local shops, restaurants, bars, and wine spots. One of our favorites is the Wander'n Calf Espresso Bar and Bakery (try the ham and cheddar biscuits). James Kiehl Natural Area in Comfort is also a cool spot to walk around and enjoy the river.
Fredericksburg, TX
~40 minutes from our venue. Fredericksburg is known for their wineries and cute shops. There are many hotels/Air BnBs here as well. One of our favorite wineries here is Safari Winery.
Boerne, TX
~45 minutes from our venue. Local boutiques/shops on Main Street are worth checking out! Some of our favorite restaurants in Boerne are Z’s Wood Fired Pizza and Hamby’s. For a local dive bar experience check out the Longbranch Saloon (beer and wine only, BYOB liquor) or Salvador DOBBs.
