High School — 2015-2019
After a while of talking, we figured out that things really happen exactly when they’re supposed to. We went to the same high school & graduated in the same class but never talked. We both graduated with honors and may have even had a couple English classes together. We figured out that we would’ve rode the same bus and only lived about 7 mins away from each other. We frequented a lot of the same places & had a few mutual friends even. It’s not until we started dating we figured out all the previous chances we had to meet!
How We Met - April 14th, 2023
We both matched on Upward & began talking. We quickly knew we wanted to meet up & see where things would go.
Our First Date — April 22nd, 2023
On our first date, we went to Mully’s Nacoochee Grill for dinner then made the drive to Bell Mountain to watch the sunset where we were freezing but couldn’t leave because the views were just too good. We then went to DQ and sat in the car while eating our blizzards. Then, said our “goodnights” but immediately started planning the next time we could see each other.
Becoming Officially Official — July 4th, 2023
After a few months of dating, we finally decided we better make it official, even though we knew for a while.
Engaged!! - March, 30th, 2024
We woke up for a sunrise hike @ Preacher’s Rock. Then, as we watched the sunrise Tyler proposed! Such a sweet moment for us. Members of the wedding party, Bennett, Damien, & Kelsie, all waited at the top for us. We then sat and watched the sunrise as we ate a delicious breakfast. Tyler planned an engagement party and we were able to celebrate with our friends & family!!
