What should I wear?
Semi-Formal wear is requested.
When is the RSVP deadline?
November 30th, 2024.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
We kindly request this be an adults only wedding. Only children of immediate family members will be allowed, as specified by the bride and groom and which can be seen as you go through the RSVP process. This is due to venue and budgetary limits. Please reach out to Rebekah or Tyler if you are unsure.
Can I bring a plus one?
You may bring a plus one IF, when you RSVP there is an option to add an additional person.
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

How do I get there?
Please use Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions. There will be a sign right before you get to Nickel Lane to direct you where to go!
Where is the reception?
The reception is at the same location as the ceremony!
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
No hotel room blocks are reserved for our wedding. However, many hotels can be found nearby in Bossier City, Shreveport, and the surrounding areas! Airbnb is also an option!
Is a shuttle provided to the venue?
No. There is not a shuttle provided to the venue.
Where do we park?
You may park in the parking lot directly beside the venue. Venue staff will be directing vehicles.
What time should we arrive?
Arrival by 3:00pm. We recommend arrival at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time as that is when the pre-ceremony string quartet begins to play.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
No photos or videos may be taken during the ceremony. We kindly request phones and camera devices to be put away during the entirety of the ceremony time.
May we post photos from the wedding on social media?
We kindly request you wait to post on social media until the end of the reception, as to keep phone usage and screen lighting to a minimum.
Will a meal be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?
A full dinner and snacks will be served! Any questions on dietary restrictions can be directed to the venue staff.
What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?
The evening reception is scheduled to end at approximately 8:00pm.

If we would like to stay a night or two nearby, where should we stay?
There are numerous hotel options in Bossier City and Shreveport, within 20-45 minutes from the venue! You may also find an available Airbnb if you prefer.
Can we a bring a gift for the bride and groom?
Yes, there will be a table for gifts and cards. You may also look at both of our online registries if you are interested in choosing from there. We are registered at Amazon and Target.
Is there an airport nearby?
Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV) is serviced by American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, and Allegiant Airlines, and is situated about 25 miles away from the venue.
