Ridgway & Ouray are located in the southwest corner of the state of Colorado. They are small towns nestled in the San Juan Mountains.

Marissa's maternal grandparents (and Aunt Barb) moved to Ouray when Marissa was two years old. Marissa grew up spending summers at her grandparent's house at Black Lake (located between Ridgway & Ouray) with her sister and cousins. Many family Christmases were held at her grandparent's house during her growing-up years as well. All in all, Marissa has very fond memories of the area so she wanted to share the special-ness of the area with Tyler and their family and friends.
