Jared and Tyler met while working at Clear Fork Local Schools. Despite working for the same school (and even in the same building) Jared taught high school and Tyler was teaching middle school. It wasn't until Tyler's second year of coaching CFHS Track & Field that Jared was talked into helping coach the MS Track & Field team. Their paths had finally crossed when Jared caught Tyler's eye walking through the field house. She turned to the other coach and asked, “who the heck is the guy with the sunglasses and amazing beard?!” He laughed and said, “Oh that’s Beans.” Just a few weeks later at one of the MS meets, Tyler noticed Jared a little stressed and overwhelmed while fixing a few of the race lineups. She saw this as her opportunity to make a move, and help him of course. Rushing over she offered to help, and according to Jared, Tyler had grabbed his arm in a flirtatious manner ( she doesn't remember that). They were both on each other’s radar, but it wouldn’t be for another whole year that sparks began to fly!
Fast forward to that year, Jared was now helping coach CFHS Track & Field (how convenient 🙂) and they became great friends. During the season, their mutual friend had asked them to go bowling, and if anyone knows Jared and Tyler, knows that they are extreme homebodies! Tyler texted Jared to make sure he was going because if not, neither was she! Luckily he was, and they all had a great night of bowling and dinner. As the season went on, Jared had convinced Tyler to show him her cooking skills and cook him dinner. She packed up all her ingredients and made her way to Lucas, Ohio where she met Kevin Bacon Beans (the best dog in the world) and cooked a full pan of stuffed shells. After that night, she knew Jared and Kevin were going to be a very special part of her life. They spent almost every single day together after that and quickly fell in love! Tyler and Jared are truly best friends and cannot wait to continue building their lives together!
