Due to our venue's remote location, the hotel room block is about 30 minutes away from the venue. We will provide a yellow school bus as transportation between the hotel and the venue. The school but will leave the Best Western at 3:15.

If this will not be comfortable for you, there are more lodging options within a few miles from our venue. Unfortunately, none are big enough to hold everyone. Some ideas include staying at Sugarbush Mountain, renting an Airbnb, or using another local inn. For example, The Featherbed Inn is right next to our venue.

It is unlikely that any taxi services will be available in this area. Please plan accordingly and drive safe!

If you are flying, the closest airport is Burlington, Vermont. Unfortunately, this is a pretty small airport. You could also consider flying into Manchester, New Hampshire, or Boston Logan and renting a car. Depending on your timing, traffic leaving Boston can be pretty bad.

If you are feeling very creative, Amtrack offers service on the Vermonter from Washington, DC through the Northeast Corridor to Vermont! The closest stops to our venue would be Montpellier or Waterbury. As two train enthusiasts, maybe we should offer some sort of prize if someone decides to do this :) Let us know!
