We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 8th so our venue can plan food and seating accordingly. Thank you in advance for your attention to this detail!

Our ceremony starts at 4 o'clock sharp, so please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. We recommend trying for 3:30, to allow for traffic, parking, or other delays. Doors will close at 3:55 and guests will not be permitted to enter after that. You will be asked to wait until after the ceremony has begun to prevent disruptions. Please arrive promptly so you do not have to miss any of our special day!

We love everyone's children so much! Unfortunately due to our venue space, the only children invited are family. We apologize, but thank you for your understanding!

We have blocked off a few rooms at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites, which is about 20 minutes away from the venue. There are lots of other places to stay in Lynchburg if this does not work for you!
