We know the term "dressy casual" doesn't really make sense so here is what we mean... Women: sundresses, jumpsuits, nice pants and blouse, etc. Men: dress shirt with khakis or slacks, jackets and ties are optional. Remember that the ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.
