Please RSVP no later than April 16th, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide a final head-count by this date.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal. Ladies, we would love to see you in a dress or dress pants and a blouse. Men, we would love to see you in either khakis or dress pants and a polo or button down shirt. Please reserve sage green, light pink, creams and whites for the wedding party.

Marriott's Waterfront hotel is connected to our venue. If you would like to stay overnight after the party, you can book under the Looman's wedding block. We only have the block of rooms until April 16th, 2025.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children, unless they are listed on the invite. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

If you are staying at the hotel, feel free to park at the Waterfront Hotel and take the skywalk over for the ceremony and reception. There is also parking available at the convention center.

As long as the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be held outdoors. However, our venue will be able to move everything indoors if it rains.

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us. We have a great photographer that will capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
