Q + A

HOW CAN I RSVP?

You can RSVP online through our wedding website. The RSVP deadline is December 1st 2024, so be sure to respond by then to help us finalize our plans.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

We invite you to dress in your Sunday best with a pinch of western for our special day. Think Jeans or Slacks, western dresses, cowboy hats, and boots for dancing the night away. If you have any questions about what to wear, feel free to reach out.

WHAT TIME SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE?

We kindly ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This allows you plenty of time to find your seat and ensures that the ceremony can begin smoothly and on time. Your punctuality helps us create a perfect day!

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, please do not worry. We ask that you remain considerate by waiting until the reception to join us. This helps maintain the tranquility and focus of the occasion for the couple and other guests.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be on your invitation and appear under your name when you RSVP. If not, we kindly ask to keep our celebration intimate, surrounded by close friends and family.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We love your little ones, and are excited for them to join our special day. Their names will be included on the invitation and the RSVP list, check off their name and then they can come dance the night away with us!

HOW IS PARKING?

The venue has parking all alongside the road and will be reserved for the wedding. Please be prepared, you may have to walk a small distance to the venue itself. For individuals who have specific needs and would like a spot reserved directly in front of the venue we ask that you indicate so on your RSVP so we can save those spaces for you.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all taking place at the venue included in your invitation!

WILL THERE BE A BAR AT THE WEDDING?

Yes, there will be a bar available for guests during the reception. We invite you to enjoy beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic options. While we want everyone to have fun and unwind, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their alcohol consumption to ensure all can have a pleasant experience. Please drink responsibly and avoid excessive intoxication.
