*CONSTRUCTION UPDATE*
Extensive road work is planned in Traverse City during the summer 2024 season. This will result in detours and delays which will add time to your travels. Refer to michigan.gov "M-32/M72 rebuilding project- Traverse City" for more information. Please plan accordingly, you are more than welcome to arrive early to the venue.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal/ formal.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before.
Where is the ceremony and reception located?
The ceremony and reception are at the family farm in Traverse City, Michigan. Parking will be located on the property next door and we will have signs to guide you.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/ reception?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/ silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment. During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We will have QR codes around the venue for you to upload your favorite photos to a shared Google Photo drive for everyone to enjoy!
Hotels in Traverse City are expensive, is there a more affordable option?
Yes! There are hotels located in Cadillac, Michigan that offer a more reasonable price. Cadillac is located one hour south of Traverse City. Big Rapids, located one and a half hours south of Traverse City, also has options. Rentals and camping sites are also available in Traverse City.
