Connor and Tyler crossed paths a few times before officially meeting. Their mutual friend, Clay, who Connor knew from NYU and Tyler knew through working at Refinery29, is owed credit for this matrimonious union. He first invited Tyler to Connor's birthday in 2017 which Tyler stayed at for all of 20 minutes. Tyler's quick exit from the party left Connor scratching his head and wondering where the cute blonde girl had gone. A few months later Clay invited Tyler to another party and this time it was Tyler's turn to notice Connor. She gave him flirty looks all evening but sadly never caught his eye. The third time Clay invited Connor and Tyler to the same party, Tyler was dead-set on making an introduction. She walked right up to him and introduced herself and Connor didn't miss a beat in getting her number and setting up a date for the next week. Things moved quickly from there and soon the pair were head over heels for each other.

After a cross-country move, adopting a lovable rescue Shepherd-Mix, and road-tripping up and down the west coast for 6 months with no lease or permanent home, the two landed in San Francisco and are a happy little family of three. The two have grown immensely as individuals and together over the last six years and couldn't be more excited to celebrate their journey with all their dearest loved ones.
