We understand this is a destination and we encourage families to camp with their kids and enjoy Tofino. Unfortunately, we are limited by the venue’s maximum capacity, therefore we cannot accommodate any children at the celebration and dinner.

Nope. We will be arranging a shuttle to a few designated drop off locations if you’d rather stay at a hotel or airbnb nearby. Note, the campsite is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Tofino. The campground is on the same property as the banquet room of the golf course and all short walking distance.

We have blocked off a bunch of spots. Please let us know in your RSVP if you want a campsite, even if you’re not sure yet. These will be offered through LBGC at a discounted rate for our guests. Camp sites are blocked off for the weeekend. You can select your site and pay upon arrival..

Do be prepared with cash. We will be having a cash bar, with $4 drinks.
