There will be a shuttle service running from "Harrison Beach Hotel" from 2pm-4pm, as well as from 10:00pm until 1am. There is a lot of parking on site, so if you wish to drive in that shouldn't be an issue. We have heard that there is good cab service/ uber for getting from the lodge to accommodations in Aggasiz or Harrison as well. If you are not staying on Harrison strip, I am sure the shuttle driver will drop you off at your airbnb on the way home if you ask nicely :) Please, no drinking and driving!

If you are flying in, you can either fly into Vancouver International Airport (1.5 hrs from Fraser River Lodge), or you can fly into the Abbotsford Airport (38 minutes from Fraser River Lodge). The closest town is Aggasiz, although there are a lot of hotel options in Harrison Hot Springs as well which is 15 minutes away.

Although we adore your children, this is an adult only event with the exception of some young family members travelling from far away. Please contact us if there are concerns <3

Please dress in formal attire, ties optional. We are excited to see everyone dressed up! A reminder that the ceremony will be on the grass (stilettos might be tricky) on a hot day, so feel free to wear sun hats or bring a parasol for shade. We are hoping for fun colours, to match the wildflowers in the fields!
