The Peery Hotel was built in 1910. It has charm, character, location... and some say ghosts! It's located right downtown with great bars and restaurants in walking distance in every direction.

Some things to know when booking:

-Parking can be a bit tricky because it's all public parking. It can cost anywhere from $15.00-$30.00 per 24 hours depending on what's going on downtown. Weekend street parking is free, if you can find a street spot. If you're renting a car or are worried about not having covered parking, this may not be the place for you.

-Because the hotel is smaller than most, the wedding block is first come first serve. There are limited rooms with two queen beds, so they'll fill up quickest.

-It's an old hotel so there are some "old quirks". The rooms can be small (still plenty of space to get ready, relax, un-wind and sleep comfortably). Please know going into it that it's not your average "one size fits all" hotel.
