Our story began in 2013, though back then, we had no idea where life would take us. We were schoolmates in high school, constantly crossing paths, whether we were late for the flag ceremony or simply hanging out by the canteen. There was something about her energy, so cheerful, talkative, and full of life, that always caught my attention. She had a way of lighting up the room without even trying.

It wasn’t long before I found myself looking forward to seeing her after school. She was part of the model platoon, an academic acheiver, and a volleyball varsity player—a perfect blend of strength, intelligence, and grace, the complete opposite of me in many ways. And maybe that’s what drew me in. She was everything I wasn’t, and somehow, that made us a perfect match.

We started with casual conversations, but those small moments quickly turned into something more. What began as simple text messages soon blossomed into a love that felt like it was meant to be. But courting her wasn’t easy there were challenges, moments of doubt, and obstacles we had to overcome. Yet, with time, we became partners in everything, supporting and nurturing each other through thick and thin.

Now, as we approach our 11th year together, we look back on a journey filled with ups and downs. Our love story has never been without its storms, but through it all, we’ve made the choice to love each other every single day.

And now, here we are, ready to write the next chapter of our love story, hand in hand, with hearts full of love and faith in the future.
