To reserve a room for the wedding, please email the following info for each member of your party to danielle@shamatravel.com:

Full passport name

Date of birth

Passport expiration date

Credit card number, expiration date and CVV*

Name as it appears on the credit card

Billing address

Phone number

Dates of travel

Room category

Bedding preference (one king, or two twins)

Any special room requests (number, location, floor, etc.)**

* If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information via email, let Danielle know and she will email a link to a secure website for you to provide payment info.

** Special requests will be submitted to Club Med, but please keep in mind that they are only requests; there is no way to guarantee a room number, location, floor, etc.

Flights

Flights are NOT included and everyone will be responsible for booking their own flights. You will fly into Punta Cana Airport (PUJ).

Once you have booked your flights, please forward the flight confirmation email you receive from the airline in its entirety to danielle@shamatravel.com.

Transfers

Roundtrip, private transfers for up to five passengers arriving and departing on the exact same dates & flights are $50 total. Transfers will be set up by Danielle once she receives your flight confirmation email.

Travel Insurance

If you would like a quote for travel insurance, please let Danielle know.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that in addition to any Club Med penalties (which are determined by the size of the group as well as the timing of the cancellation relative to travel), Shama Travel will charge a $100 per person fee for all cancellations at any time after booking.
