Alaska weather in July averages 60-70°. We’re planning for an outdoor wedding, but weather permitting, we’ll also have an indoor option available.
Gals: think comfortable sundresses and flats (the venue has gravel and grass, so keep that in mind for footwear).
Guys: Slacks or your nicest jeans paired with a button-up shirt will look perfect.
Are kids welcome?
We will be having an adults only ceremony but children are welcome to join for the reception!
How do I get to Kenai?
Flying into Anchorage is the closest major airport and renting a car for the 3 hour drive south.
Where should I stay?
Airbnbs with a group are probably the best option and we recommend booking sooner than later, as our wedding falls on a holiday weekend. If Airbnbs aren't you thing, we've listed a few hotel options in the travel section.
What clothes should I bring for Alaska?
Brandon and Frankie highly recommend bringing quick dry clothes, rain gear and rubber boots/water proof hiking boots for adventuring!
