We weren’t looking for anything, just showing up to a work event like we’d done a hundred times before. But sometimes, the best things happen when you least expect them.&nbsp;I was just about to leave when he came over and introduced himself. It was quick, simple, and unexpected, but it stuck.After that day, we kept in touch. What started as casual messages turned into long conversations, shared stories, and a growing connection that neither of us could ignore, even though we lived in different states. Long-distance wasn’t something we planned on, but from the very beginning, it was worth it.We learned how to do the little things from far away, counting down the days until the next trip. It wasn’t always easy, but we found strength in the distance, and love in the moments we shared whether in person or through a screen.And now, we’re finally changing that. No more planes or goodbyes just one home, one life, and one future together.
