Ceremony and Reception will both take place at Woodsmith Estates in Batavia, NY. There is ample parking available at the venue but there is also a shuttle available for our guests who will be staying at the Batavia Downs Casino Hotel.

We would like to keep it casual but classy! Our wedding venue is a barn. Please just have on comfortable shoes and come as you are in whatever you are comfortable wearing!

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Our venue, catering and bar all have strict limits on the number of guests. We already have such large families that sadly we cannot accommodate extra people. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only. We ask guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

We plan to have a Kid Free Wedding with all guests being 21 and up. The only exceptions to this rule are the children in the immediate family of the Bride & Groom. We have a list of wonderful baby sitters in the area that we can forward to you if you’re struggling to find child care for the day!

We will have an Open Bar for Beer, Wine & 2 Signature Drinks. Limited Cash Bar also available. Just remember that our wedding will be heavily photographed and any shenanigans will be documented for years to come! Please consume responsibly!

We decided that our honeymoon should be for all 4 of us. We plan to spend 2 nights locally as newlyweds & then we decided for the actual vacation part of our honeymoon we should celebrate as a family! We plan to spend about a week in Florida including a few days at Disney World- this will be our children’s first ever time at Disney World! If we have the time we may take the kids to Universal Studios as well!
