How do I book travel to the wedding? Please book through the online portal at destinationweddings.com, or contact our dedicated travel wedding specialist:Tanya Camerontcameron@destinationweddings.comPhone: 570-780-2731Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm EST When booking, please note, there is a minimum four-night stay required, but you may choose to stay longer if you would like!When choosing your room category, please be sure to choose the room category options with the correct number of adults in the room (i.e., if there will be two people staying in your room, select the room option for 2 adults.). We highly recommend that all guests purchase the travel insurance. This will ensure that you may cancel your trip for any reason at any point prior to your first arrival date, for either (i) a cash refund if cancelled at least 65 days prior to first arrival date or (ii) future travel credit if not cancelled at least 65 days prior to first arrival date. Without the travel insurance, your trip becomes non-refundable after the December 2023 payment due date. Can we bring our kids to the wedding? Yes! While the bulk of our room block is on the adults-only side of the resort, there is a family side at the Royalton St. Lucia as well. Kids will be allowed at all of the wedding events, and most locations on the resort. If you would like to book a room on the family side, please contact the travel agent, Tanya, and let her know. Will airfare be included in the booking with destinationweddings.com?No, our travel specialist will help with booking accommodations only. Attendees will be responsible for booking their own flight to St. Lucia. Which airport do I fly into?The correct airport is Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). How do I get from the airport to the resort?Airport transfers are included with your reservation. It is a 90-minute drive from UVF airport to the Royalton Hideaway. Please contact Tanya to confirm your airport transfers. What kind of weather can I expect?Daily high temperatures are around 85°F, rarely falling below 82°F or exceeding 88°F. Daily low temperatures are around 77°F, rarely falling below 75°F or exceeding 80°F. We are expecting wonderful weather at this time of year! Bring sunscreen! What can I expect when I arrive?This is an all-inclusive resort, which means all food and beverages are included with your booking rate. We plan to take full advantage of the food, drinks, pool and beach! Bring swimsuits! The full wedding event schedule will be updated as we get closer to the date. What if I can’t make it to St. Lucia?We understand that it may be difficult for all our loved ones to attend, whether it’s due to the cost, school, work, or child care. If you can’t make it for any reason, no worries at all! We will be hosting a casual celebration over the summer, and we look forward to seeing all who couldn't make it to St. Lucia there! Please don’t feel bad if you are unable to attend, we completely understand!
