The ceremony will be hosted at the Hellenic Center overlooking scenic St. Charles Lake at 486 Ester Road, Sudbury, Ontario.

The reception will be hosted at the Hellenic Center overlooking scenic St. Charles Lake at 486 Ester Road, Sudbury, Ontario.


What time should I arrive?
We ask that guests arrive with enough time to seat themselves for a scheduled ceremony start time of 4:30pm.

Should I bring cash/debit/credit for the bar?
You can bring cash if you wish to tip the bartenders, otherwise, cash/debit/credit is not required as it is an open bar.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
Please RSVP online only.


When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 22, 2023.


Are there any colours you would prefer me not to wear?
Please do not wear white to the wedding.


Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Unfortunately, the hotels near the venue do not accept block reservations. Guests must reserve their own rooms.


Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?
Parking is available at the venue.


Will transportation be provided?
A shuttle service will be available between 11pm-1am to bring guests home or to their hotel. There will also be shuttles provided from the listed hotels to the venue. Please include whether you will be using the shuttle from your hotel when you RSVP.


Can I bring a plus one?
Plus one's are welcome if they are included on your invitation only. We are keeping the wedding intimate with chosen friends and family.


Can I bring my children?
All invited children are included on the invitation. We are keeping the wedding intimate with chosen friends and family. While we love your children, we hope you can make arrangements ahead of our wedding day if they are not included on the guest list.


Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitted, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Should it rain, the ceremony will take place indoors.


Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?
We are not registered and ask that guests do not purchase gifts. Having lived on our own for some time, we've amassed everything we could possibly need for our home.


What type of food will be served?
Guests will choose between chicken, beef, or vegetarian options. There will also be salad, pasta, and dessert served during reception. Various appetizers will be offered during cocktail hour prior to reception.


Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Dietary restrictions should be disclosed when you RSVP to ensure accommodations can be made .


Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Guests are welcome to take/post pictures during reception, but we ask that your phones are silenced and put away during the ceremony.


What time is the reception scheduled to end?
The evening is scheduled to end by 1am.
