What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
We encourage guests to stay at The Luxe Hotel or Hotel Angeleno (see ‘accommodations and transportation’ section of the website for more information) as complimentary shuttles will be picking up and dropping off guests here. Shuttle schedules and welcome gifts will be provided to you upon check-in. If you choose not to take the shuttles, you may Uber or drive to our wedding venue. If you plan on Ubering from the venue, please note that cell service can be spotty and you may have longer wait times as the venue is located on top of a mountain.
Parking is limited at the venue. There will be an open bar, so please choose safest option.
Am I allowed to bring my children or a plus one?
We have carefully selected our most special friends and family, as we are planning a once in our lifetime intimate evening to include only guests named on our invitations.
We absolutely love children and teens, but we have chosen to extend invitations to guests who are over 21 in compliance with our insurance policy and availability of adult beverages.
What is the dress code?
The wedding and reception dress code is black-tie encouraged. A tuxedo is the best option for gentlemen, but a darker suit (tie optional after the wedding mass) is another suitable option.
A formal evening gown, a short cocktail dress or an after-five jumpsuit are all perfect options for ladies.
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Our Wedding Ceremony will be a Catholic Mass held inside Mary’s Chapel located at Mount Saint Mary’s University - Chalon Campus. The Wedding Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held outside at this same address.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We will have charcuterie, salad, pizza and taco carts available from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Open bar.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We encourage you to take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour and wedding reception. Please use the hashtag #VeryVincents when sharing on social media so we can view them later! We do kindly ask that you please refrain from taking pictures at our ceremony that may block our photographer and videographer’s view.
