We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so that we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline will be August 25th. If we do not receive a response from you by then, you will be missed but we will automatically assume you will not be attending. If you have already RSVP’d “Yes”, but realize you will not be able to make it please notify the bride (918-406-9865) or the groom (417-291-0175).

Guest that are allowed to bring their children or have the option of a plus one will have them included in their parties. You can see if you have those options whenever you search your name to RSVP.

Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Once you arrive, you will drive through the pasture to come upon the venue’s recreated 1800s Western Town. As you continue on the road, there will be a designated corral for parking.

We know a lot of you will be coming from out of state. So we have provided a list of hotels that are at a convenient distance from the venue, which you will find located underneath the “Travel” section.

Ceremony is to start at 5 PM. Reception will follow afterwards with dinner and celebrating! Any planned festivities for the reception (such as cake cutting, first dances, etc.) will end around 9 PM. Then the rest of the night will just be devoted to dancing and drinking until we have to leave the venue by midnight.

The venue is mostly outdoors. All the barn doors will be opened during the reception to wander in and out of. The venue does have accommodations if weather permits.

We are registered on Amazon and Target. You can either hand deliver the gifts to us or there is the option to send the gifts directly to our address. We do have a cash fund if none of the gifts are available.
