Ceremony starts at 5pm and we ask that guests arrive at the venue (beach front) at least 15 minutes prior

We only assigned seats for the reception, please refer to seating chart upon arrival at the venue. Guests can sit anywhere during the ceremony.

Both ceremony and reception are outdoor. If it rains we will be moved to a covered venue.

Yes, but we don't advise it because if anything happens (e.g. flight delays/cancellations) you would not be protected as you are not part of the group booking. Also, there would be a day pass fee of $100USD per guest to access the resort on the wedding day if you choose to stay at a different resort.
