How It All Began

We first met at church, where our shared faith laid the foundation for something beautiful. Our friendship deepened during a Christmas play called Tale of Maria, and over time, love blossomed as we served together in the NGV choir department. Our relationship is built on God, and we hold strong to the values of out-loving one another each day.

The Proposal

The proposal was nothing short of perfect. Steve told Vanessa that they were going to his friend’s girlfriend’s birthday dinner, but when she arrived, she walked into a room filled with friends they love, rose petals, and the sweet sound of a violinist. There he was, down on one knee. The most touching part of the evening? A thoughtful video Steve had asked Vanessa's family and long-distance best friends to create. As the video played, tears filled her eyes, and she knew without a doubt that this man was the best thing to happen to her since giving her life to Christ. It was a moment of pure love and joy, one they both will cherish forever.
