Destiny had a funny way of bringing Vanessa and Stephan together. On March 12th, 2021, at a mutual friend's wedding, their paths finally crossed. Little did Vanessa know, she'd been attending events for years where Stephan's mom and sister were present, all thanks to Stephan's mom being Vanessa's best friend's godmother. Fate finally intervened at this wedding, and they immediately connected.

By March 31st, 2021, their connection blossomed into something more, and Stephan officially asked Vanessa to be his girlfriend. Since then, they've been inseparable. Vanessa, a self-proclaimed city girl, found herself embracing a whole new side of adventure with Stephan. They've explored the Everglades together, ventured on duck hunting trips (where camo became a surprising addition to Vanessa's wardrobe!), and enjoyed countless fishing expeditions. Through it all, their love for each other grew stronger with every adventure.

The past three years have been a whirlwind of joy and accomplishment for them. They purchased their first home together, creating a space filled with love and laughter. Their little family also grew with the addition of their furry companion, Evie. Now, on July 26th, 2023, Stephan popped the question, and Vanessa excitedly said yes! They can't wait to celebrate this exciting new chapter with all of you.
