Cedric and Vanessa first met in November of 2021, but really started getting to know each other the summer of 2022. Thier relationship began with simple questions, a lot of laughter, and late night conversations over the phone. They begin dating that same summer and spent as much time together as they could through trips to see each other and nightly FaceTime calls.

They continued to make time to calls everyday as they were both in college. They supported each other through tough times, and enjoyed each other’s company even though they were hundreds of miles apart. That next summer Vanessa got a job in Imperial so her and Cedric could spend the summer together. They grew closer together every day worked on putting God at the center of their relationship. Near the end of the summer Cedric and Vanessa got engaged and are so excited to build a future together!
