Unfortunately, we're on a contract with the hotel for a specific amount of guests and have limited space, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

The hotel will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. However, if you arrive to Cancun prior to your check in date with the hotel, it is not provided. Please visit our website on the travel link for more information.

A minimum of 3 nights is required, after that you may stay wherever you’d like!
