It was a dark and stormy night... well, it was nighttime anyway, after a quite cheery and upbeat Intervarsity Bible study meeting when Gabriel and Vanessa walked together across the UNM campus, discussing faith and other randomness. Little did they know it would be approximately ten years before they would meet again, with one chance meeting at the Olive Garden in between.

Fast forward to the end of September, 2014 and many trials and tribulations later. Vanessa finally decided to pray for God to send someone good into her life, preferably someone who knew her before all the trials and tribulations, though she could think of no one. Two weeks later, Vanessa and Gabe crossed paths again, this time realizing their goofiness was extremely compatible and their hearts even more so.
