Some love stories begin in the most unexpected places, ours started at a bowling alley (shout out Westminster Lanes), surrounded by mutual friends (iykyk lol). What began as a casual hangout quickly turned into a growing friendship, filled with late-night talks, inside jokes, and an undeniable connection we both felt but never spoke about.

For about a year and a half, we danced around the truth, we knew we loved each other, but neither of us said it out loud. When we finally confessed our feelings, we told ourselves we’d take it slow… but that lasted all of .2 seconds. Deep down, we had always known, we were soulmates from the very beginning.

We spent six months bouncing between each other’s places, savoring every moment of this new chapter. Then, with an unexpected chapter in life, COVID hit. What could have been a challenge turned into a blessing in disguise, fast-tracking our decision to move in together. Those next six months gave us the chance to truly know one another in ways we never imagined, deepening our love and solidifying our bond.

From our first apartment to the three little fur-babies who filled our hearts, Tina (who now watches over us from the rainbow bridge), Tilly and Sugarplum, our life together has been nothing short of beautiful.

Then, on June 23, 2024, on the breathtaking shores of Glass Beach, Rob asked the question that we both already knew the answer to. And now, we’re counting down the days until we get to celebrate what was always meant to be, choosing each other, every single day, for the rest of our lives.
